Medicare System started its activity in 1994 as a manufacturer of healthcare products, with an ongoing commitment to innovation as a growth model, and a focus towards customer service.

This policy ensures the implementation and maintenance of the System of Quality Management according to the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN ISO 13.485:2016.

This has been defined to provide a framework for setting and reviewing quality objectives. Medicare System Management agrees to revise it annually in order to verify their continued suitability.

Medicare System, with the aim that all activities are geared towards continuous improvement will:

  • Comply with applicable legal requirements and other requirements to which the organization subscribes.
  • Apply continuous improvement in our processes and products to optimize costs, reducing waste and improving quality.
  • Establish a close relationship between Customers and Medicare System, to achieve and consolidate a leadership position in customer satisfaction.
  • Transmit to the entire organization that the quality of service and products are essential to the future of our company, and therefore affects every aspect of Medicare System.
  • Create a work environment for all employees to encourage commitment to quality, teamwork, trust and mutual respect.
  • Finally, it is the will of the Management that the quality policy is communicate to all interested parties.
